SWCAA - Filing a Complaint

You may register a complaint via phone at 360-574-3058 or 1-800-633-0709, or submit it directly to us electronically on our website. Click here or use the e-Complaint menu selection. All complaints will be handled as soon as possible during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 12 and 12:30 to 5:30 p.m.).

A SWCAA representative will be in contact with you during normal business hours to discuss the problem and potential ways to resolve it.

Please include as much information as possible, including your contactinformation for the agency to better serve your needs.
